Our Ref J1824 is a 100% Heat Bonded Nonwoven Polypropylene Underfelt, which has been specifically designed to be used in the manufacture of exhibition display panels as a barrier between the backboard and the covering felt. It helps to smooth out any imperfections on the backboard and also works as a colour enhancer under the covering Felt.
It is especially good on screwed panels, where due to its unique construction, the fibres are less likely to twist around the drill bits or screws. The material is supplied in Black rolls of 100m and are 150cm wide and is Flame retardant to BS 5852 Part 1 cigarette and match test.
